The term “Imperial Health Boomerang” will unfortunately become a very well known one, this is an intense but necessary watch for anyone who cares deeply about public health in the US. I agree with Dr. Dery, start grieving now because otherwise the coming wave of healthcare collapse, especially in the rural US, may emotionally drown you on impact.
