Day 3 of posting! To sum up the situation, I was in sober living for the past year. I recently got kicked out for not following the rule of “You can’t leave the house for anything other than work or AA/NA meetings if you’re behind on rent”. I was spending time with my girlfriend, who doesn’t use. I’m living with her for the next couple of weeks, but I’m missing a lot “adulting” milestones she wants to see me do before we move in together long term. I already planned on finding a place next month, so this doesn’t change very much.

Something I want to add is I appreciate any contribution. Any time I ask for money on here, I don’t think anybody on here has a responsibility or obligation to help me out. You don’t even need a “good reason” to not help, or to only help a little bit. You could tell me that you can’t help out because you want to spend your whole check on Gundam, and I’d just ask for pictures when you get them constructed. That is a real conversation I had, I talk to many of the people who have donated to me before. I didn’t think any less of that person for getting figurines instead of helping me, I was glad they got something nice for themselves! I appreciate everything while expecting nothing.,
