I will say, this seems like a recipe for someone accidentally leaking sensitive info. I advise extreme caution; stuff on lemmy often can’t be permanently deleted.
With that said, here is how I sort my reaction memes on my phone. It’s a deeply flawed mess, but it works well enough for now:
I’m really interested in how exactly the first two are classified.
Trans&Queer is about queerness in a nonsexual/romantic/tame manner, while Gay&Horny is all at least somewhat sexual/romantic/edgy. It’s vibe based more than anything.
So it has less to do with Trans vs Gay and more to do with horny vs not.

It’s only 20 items, which is less than most of the other folders. I might rename it to misc (all the actual “to sort” are buried in my download folder)
