Trump and State department refute or just don’t acknowledge the claim, (and I think even Ukraine glazing dems would recognize the level of escalation that admitting that Russia killed a sitting Senator would entail would be unwanted, so they wouldn’t take up the claim either)
Leaving it just another claim from the Banderite government to incite escalation and more support that’s remains unproven/unacknowledged by the US, hence no increase in arms supply from this incident specifically

Threaten to cut-off arms supply
announcing that it happened guarantees an increase in arms supply no matter what trump says
Ukraine announces ‘Ruzzia killed ladybug’,
