Perrigo has appointed an interim president and CEO as Patrick Lockwood-Taylor resigns from the top job.
Company officials say that Lockwood-Taylor’s resignation followed a determination by the board that “certain personal conduct” by him was not consistent with the company’s Code of Conduct and core values.
That conduct, according to the company, did not involve Perrigo’s business, strategy, operations, financial reporting or results of operations.

Monday’s announcement comes just over three months after the company said in March that roughly 7% of its workforce was going to be laid off as they streamlined their efforts.
