Myers has long said he'd be interested in another sequel, but been noncommittal if it would actually happen. He has said he'd like it to focus heavily on Dr. Evil.

The Spy Who Shags Free breaks the theme and is probably too close to the original name, but I think its peak.
When I made that post, I was just laughing my ass off at the idea of two Austins/Austinas amping each other up while flirting. I just need that scene for real.
EDIT: idc if it’s even just a fake scene somewhere in the movie, maybe at the start, where they’re filming an Austin Powers in-universe with a female actor. Then someone yells “Cut!” cuz they won’t stop.
