The republican party. Aka modern day fascists.

Maybe the DNC and establishment neoliberals too, who ushered in fascism.

If you work across the aisle with fascists to exclude people based on skin color, gender identity, support the bombing of other civilizations for profit, instituting policy to drive people into poverty and criminalize it, that uh checks notes sounds like it aligns with fascism.

Capitalism and fascism/authoritarianism are bedfellows. Neoliberals believe capitalism is correct, we just didn’t do it right.

Those of us to the left recognize the system is working as intended.

Look at how far left these guys are 🙃

The fascists have agency. They are the ones responsible for their own fascism.

Not much, as I understand it it’s as difficult, if not more difficult to actually enter a black hole, as it is to throw something into the sun. Literally easier to just fling it out into the cosmos.

You have to shed the inertia you already have to fall into the sun. The difference is about 30km/s or 108,000 km/h to slow down enough. The rotational plane of the solar system can be used to speed you up to escape velocity, especially with a slingshot off one of the giants, so it requires a lot less fuel.

The Sarlac pit might be a blessing since the Mandalorian suggests you could escape, but a blackhole… that’d suck.

I didn’t think about the escape part. Who knows, maybe there is a wormhole at the end. Also, I’m pretty sure it will be a much peaceful way to go then the sarlac pit, considering the speeds involved.
