I’m looking for any suggested readings on the history of the First and Second Internationales. How they arose, who their membership included, the nuances as to why they fell apart (like, I get the gist of the story, but I’m looking for something with depth). I usually stick to history books with a shitload of citations I can use for future book recs, so I supposed that’d be preferred. I trust this community more than some rando Amazon reviewer or whatever
