When I don’t want to cook I grab a rotisserie chicken from my local kroger and a couple of their sides. Cheaper and healthier. Cooking at home, especially from scratch, will always be the best way to go but it sure is time consuming when you’re trying to keep up with capitalism.
Yeah my go to is rotisserie chicken, canned corn, and the pre-made refrigerated mashed potatoes.
I gotta start breaking down the chicken and portioning the meals at the start of the week though because even that when I get home at the end of a day is like, damn. I gotta open a can of corn, take about half, take a third or so of potato container, cut or rip the chicken off the bone, put it on a plate microwave it, season it. Like damn.
