I just wanted to give you some reassurance for these feelings. I totally relate to this and it can be exhausting. 🫂
I also think getting rid of things we enjoy becausw they’re newly associated with something objectionable gives the bad people way too much power. Enjoy what you enjoy. Reclaim it for the good people.
