Funny but a terrible fucking idea

The whole point is making sure everyone realizes that you can’t use anything down there, that there’s no gold, no wealth, etc.

But let’s say you buried Trump down there… Maybe not now but in 100 years, you might have some weird rumors floating around about how they secretly buried this corrupt leader who stole tons of money from the US into this one area where no one would think to dig up because of those signs.

You would ruin the point of those sites. Nothing but unwanted radioactive waste should ever be laid there and spoken of laid there. As soon as you use it as an actual tomb, you will eventually have literal tomb raiders. You don’t want any historians even considering it. There should be no good reason.

Tropico 7 gets released this year. I wonder if they’ll have weird interactions with the US, and have an orange president you have to deal with in the modern age or something

Anyone in tech in the bay shouldn’t be surprised.

The bay area is quite liberal, but then there are a lot of people who move there for work, people who want to run their tech businesses in the tech capitol. They go to silicon valley, buy homes in the bay, and usually stay out of politics because that’s generally the right way to go in the workplace.

However, they are not necessarily liberal, and often very money centered, the kind of greedy fucks who get upset that tax dollars might pay for social services. You have everything from liberals, anarchists, libertarians, to alt right fascists. There is a wide mix of beliefs and people mostly just stick to the tech and keep getting paid, because that’s called being rational.

Is it surprising that these executive who “stayed out of politics” are now adopting MAGA ideology? Fuck no. The tech execs have always been the more conservative and greedy of tech. Their politics are “make me rich, bitch”. MAGA is pro AI. They want to invest in AI. It’s as simple as that for the most part, except some are a bit more racist and transphobic than normal and might like that aspect too. But most could not give a fuck as long as their car has doors that open up ways

I knew someone who briefly worked in this field and quit due to the corruption.

One day he does find endangered shit. He tells his boss, “hey you know they have so and so on this land, actually you gotta call this one.”

The boss sighs and is like, “let me explain how this works. We can do this and call it out, but next time this guy has a big project, he’s not contracting out to us. And the other guys will definitely let it slide. Either way, they’re building, and we end up going out of business eventually. You might win this one time, but eventually it won’t matter.”

I think at the end of the day, he quit and they built over it.
