And Batman is clearly creeped the fuck out. Everyone is, the Joker is like: “Damn Bats, even I have to admit this guy is fucking weird”.
That is literally a character in the new Batman: Caped Crusader show. I am not kidding. There is a CEO type guy who is a villain in the guise of a baby in a diaper who wears a bonnet.
He’s one of Harley Quinn’s “goons”.
