i thought there was a chance it was a normal OK gesture, but then I saw the picture
I really resent them taking the OK sign. Years ago my dad told me how the thumbs up is equivalent to giving someone the finger in certain Middle Eastern cultures and that the OK sign is a safer option. To this day I think of it as a minor gesture of cultural sensitivity.
