If you think about it, Chocolate comes from beans, and so does vanilla, so the strawberry is the only one that needs to be replaced with beans.
Clearly we need to make the trifecta vanilla, chocolate and coffee. Or we need to make red bean more popular outside of Asian cuisine.

you joke, but the east asians have really perfected turning beans into a sweet creamy dessert and it’s FANTASTIC frozen. lol

Btw does this frozen sweet bean treat have a name? I’m intrigued and want to investigate
it’s called sweet bean curd in english and has different names throughout east asia and made from a wide variety of beans. my favorite is the japanese red bean curd and i tastes like ice cream when frozen and whipped.
there’s also a mexican recipe floating around somewhere online that uses pinto beans, brown sugar and chile. i tried it once; it’s pretty good too.
