As usually though the capitalists are going nuts with higher and higher potency drinks. A single 10mg drink would be enough for most regular users yet they’re making 20mg and 50mg cans a regular thing.
I will often drink more than one beer in a single sitting. If I drink two 10mg cans I’m donezo. Three and I’m now a carpet slug. Normalize 5mg or even 2mg for easy drinking.
The solution here is to dilute a 20mg can by mixing it with a coupla pints of regular beer

No, I’m in agreement. I actually hate having to spend like $5 a day on weed because it’s the only identified substance that reduces my fibromyalgia pain and inflammation to a manageable level.
Oh okay, yeah, it really fucking sucks. We’re in about the same boat on that, although in my case, not the fibromyalgia, mostly just insomnia and the present neck pain situation. And I worsen the tolerance situation because I definitely smoke more than I need to. I get into a habit of going to smoke whenever I feel anxious or uncomfortable, which is all the time, lol
I’m out of that r/n though and ain’t got the money so hey, forced tolerance break. At least I can still afford the sodas while i wait for more UI money
Hopefully our states will legalize SOMETHING for us eventually. The cost of weed is a huge thing keeping me broke 😔 (I am taking a certain step to alleviate that, though, but it’s the kind of thing that… takes a few weeks, wink wink)
Does weed really help insomnia? I’ve tried it and it might’ve helped me sleep quicker on a small enough dose, but it always felt like lower quality sleep. More recently I’ve heard weed at night worsens/ causes sleep issues (at least in the long-term?)
My subjective experience answering that is that it really depends on what kind of weed I’m smoking, some varieties really are more likely to have me feel tired and sleepy than others, but that no matter what, to me, being kinda stoned and not sleeping is still highly preferable to being entirely sober and not sleeping. Like I mean even if it doesn’t put me to sleep it still helps change the way i perceive sensation and time in a way that helps, versus me just sitting there. all night. every night.

Ohio just banned these despite the majority of voters being in favor of them. It’s so stupid that I can go to a dispensary in town and buy half an ounce of pot and 100mg in gummies, but these are banned. Meanwhile my dad in Texas is able to buy a jug of THC liquor at Total Wine.
I love them but it seems like every dispensary near me now only stocks very high potency shooters. It’s a bummer I really enjoyed the weed equivalent of cracking open a beer. Like 10mg in a 12oz drink is 👌🐢
They got em at bars near me and it’s great. 4mg mini cans up to 10mg full cans. Really great for having a thing in your hand that isn’t sugar and/or alcohol

Edit: Ohhhh wait you meant the low potency stuff, uh iirc the website i was using for gummies has a wide range. It was proleve.com, but i stopped buying from them because it felt like the gummies were very weak compared to sodas i was getting at the gas station

It’s the supplier I use when I’m in the states and they’re extremely consistent. The ∆-9 gummies are 22mg each. A lot of the hemp bill suppliers are kind of sketch and you have to basically just find one whose testing is legit.

Actually i found a website where for 4-5k ish you could get, i forget how much exactly, but I think it was enough to literally do nearly a million 30mg servings, as a water soluble powder

It really does seem like a bad decision electorally but I guess that’s just how fucking strong whatever lobby is pushing for it (i legitimately do not know at this point while they’re also still legalizing recreational weed in various areas at the same time)
As far as I can tell the primary lobbyists against legalization are still alcohol and tobacco manufacturers, and the random chud astroturf orgs they’re bankrolling.
